Student Absences
If your child has already missed school for any reason please complete the google form linked below within three (3) days of the absence.
For Pre-arranged FUTURE ABSENCES for 2 or more consecutive days, please come in to the front office for a PRE-ARRANGED ABSENCE FORM.
*You will need a google account in order to utilize this form. If you do not have one or are not willing to create one, you may come into the office to submit your absence.
